BRITANIA MEDIATION GROUP INC., is a full service, high quality mediation practice dedicated to providing an alternative means for resolving disputes and solving problems using non-adversarial means. Mediation services are provided to clients with the assistance of a professional Florida Supreme Court certified mediator and has mediated hundreds of civil disputes throughout the state of Florida.

This Mediation Group is designed to help its clients save time, money and resources through the fair and expedient resolution of civil disputes. The Group has exemplary mediation skills in the resolution of cases. Florida Supreme Court mediators, certified in the areas of County, Family, Circuit Civil and Appellate mediation.  Concentrating additionally in the fields of Special Education mediation for Florida County School Districts and students as well as court authorized foreclosure managed programs. In addition, community mediation and mediation of lawsuits pre and post filing. In the area of criminal Law, the mediation Group specializes in Juvenile Delinquency restoration to victims.

Omaemo (“Omar”) Shobola, LLB (Hons) Lond., is the Senior Mediator, Director and President of the practice. Certified to practice by the Florida supreme court in all the aforementioned fields of mediation. She is a foreign trained graduate, qualified Lawyer, having earned her British LLB Law degree in 1989 with Honors, from Wolverhampton University, England, She has been nominated and is the proud recipient of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County Court Robert R. Baker memorial award 2007. This is in recognition of the needs of the community, exemplary commitment to the mediation process, promoting mediation, demonstrating superior communication skills, exemplary standards in all aspects of the mediation process including confidentiality and impartiality, manifesting flexibility and able to adapt to change. These are all qualities that contribute to the ingredients of a smooth mediation process.
